The Herbarium Director, Dr. Cassandra Quave, oversees the herbarium's day-to-day activities, including specimen care, cataloging, and database management, and is involved in research, education, and outreach.

The Herbarium Curator, Dr. Tharanga Samarakoon, manages and oversees the Herbarium Collections and ensures the specimens are properly maintained, cataloged, and available for research and educational purposes.

Affiliated Faculty play a key role in plant science research, education, and outreach by managing collections, conducting research, and engaging with students and the public.

Student Volunteers assist with sorting specimens, mounting specimens onto archival paper, imaging specimens with our digital image station, affixing labels and barcodes, and much more.
